Anita M. Seth, Esq.

My career was forged in the courtroom. I began as a trial attorney with the Public Defender’s Office, where I handled cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felony matters and learned firsthand how to investigate a case, challenge the prosecution, develop a winning trial strategy, and fight for my clients when the stakes were at their highest.

That trial experience has continued throughout my career at AMS Law, where I represent clients in criminal defense, family law, custody, and Protection From Abuse matters. These cases may involve different areas of law, but they share one thing: when your future, freedom, family, or safety is at stake, you need a lawyer who is prepared to take the fight into the courtroom.

I also teach trial advocacy, training the next generation of lawyers in the skills, strategy, and courtroom judgment that effective trial work demands. Teaching trial advocacy has sharpened my own practice and reinforced what I have learned throughout my career: preparation matters, details matter, and there is no substitute for knowing your case inside and out.
